Return Policy
Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of shipment.
We stand behind our products. Only items that are damaged or defective can be returned. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.
Please Note:
- Return Order Condition: Only defective items can be returned for refund or exchange. The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unused, with all original manuals, instructions, stickers, decals, tags attached, etc and in its original packaging. Returning items with any sign of being used are classified as unacceptable and will not be exchanged.
- Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance at own cost. For defective items, we will bear up to R100.00 for each return shipping fee.
- Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such as MDS that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.
- Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 14 days of the tracking number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.
- Credits: Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit. A 10% handling fee will be charged.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable: The shipping and handling charges are not refundable, no further costs are deducted for the return.
How To Return/Exchange an Item:

- You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA.
- Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. The return receipt (RA) should be printed and included in the package with your returned merchandise that proves the date of your receipt of the order.
- Drop off your package at your return courier's station or schedule a pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.

Credit or replacement item will be issued/shipped within 14 days from the date of receipt.
